Collected Personal Data
Name and Address of customers, the gas appliances worked on their serial Numbers and Data Plate Information. Work done and the results of Gas Pressure readings, flue gas analysis and Thermo images, Temperatures and anything else which is relevant to the work undertaken. This will be recorded on various media such as photography notes and video. The customer will be given a copy of the records taken.
Purpose of collecting data
So a record is kept for both the customer and company. I am required by Gas Safe to keep the relevant information for 6 years.
